Cake Taste
This Nasi Lemak cake made with homemade sambal, paired with a generous serving of spicy large prawns to top it. Surrounding the pool of prawns are beautifully halved hard boiled eggs. In between the fragrant coconut rice layers, omelettes are used to give the layers more texture and flavour. The cake is then sealed with a standing layer of cucumbers and surrounded with Pulau Pangkor anchovies and peanuts. This, is true Malaysian Art.
